Installation Guide

Step-by-step instructions for driver installation

Choose Your Printer Model

Select the correct driver for your printer model (410 or 420) from the Windows section above

Run Installer

Right-click the downloaded .exe file and select "Run as administrator"

Follow Setup Wizard

Complete the installation wizard and restart if prompted

Connect Printer

Turn on Bluetooth, pair your printer, and start printing

Choose Correct Driver

Select your printer model (410/420) and processor type (Intel x86 or Apple Silicon ARM)

Check "About This Mac" to identify your processor type

Download & Mount

Download the .dmg file and double-click to mount the disk image

Install Package

Double-click the installer package and follow the installation prompts

Allow Installation

Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy to allow installation if prompted

Add Printer

Add your printer in System Preferences > Printers & Scanners
